The Applicant Portal allows candidates to create a user account in our database, populate and submit an online application, and upload resumes.

The WebCenter is an all-hours self-service portal allowing ZIRCON clients and employees access to timely information and reports.

For our clients, this portal will allow them to create and submit new job orders; check on the status of pending orders; view past and recent invoices and accounts receivables summaries; generate, customize, and approve/decline time cards; search and view stored time card details; and access of up-to-the-minute custom reports.

For our employees, this portal will allow them to enter their own time cards and submit for approval; view past and present assignment information; submit availability information; and view paystubs, W2s, and other stored employee documentation.
